Gwendolyn Agee

Senior Faculty Member

CEO, Director

Miss Gwen is an alumni of Lake Shore Dance and has received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. During her time at UWM, she studied dance education and curriculum development, Yoga instruction, Pilates instruction, and their correlation to dance education and composition.   As an educator, Miss Gwen is committed to celebrating and developing each individual's unique skills and approach to learning to maximize their dance experience and its impact beyond the classroom.  She is qualified to teach the entire curriculum and student body at Lake Shore Dance, bringing over 30 years of experience to the classroom.

Amy Aichele

Senior Faculty Member, Director

Miss Amy founded Lake Shore Dance to reinvent the approach to dance education.   By instilling a graded curriculum founded in ballet and complimented by study in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical/Modern/Contemporary, and Musical Theater, her vision made Lake Shore Dance an Industry leader.  She continues to teach at all three Lake Shore Dance locations, dedicated to building students' self-esteem, independence, and accountability while simultaneously establishing exceptional technical foundations and a love for dance.  Miss Amy is qualified to teach the entire curriculum at Lake Shore Dance, with a focus on dance for young children, Musical Theater, and Tap.

Jenni Aichele

Miss Jenni is a Lake Shore Dance Alumni and is a dedicated dance educator with over a decade of experience in various styles. She inspires students by creating a nurturing environment that fosters creativity and confidence.

Lyndsay Nordmeyer

Miss Lyndsay is a teacher with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree, inspiring students of all ages. She fosters individual growth while students develop their love for movement.

Breannah Palubiski

Miss Breannah is a Lake Shore Dance alumni and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.  Her artistry motivates her students to enjoy their time in the studio and achieve sucess.

Alumni Lauralyn Daggett teaches with a passion for dance and commitment to the art and its performance with each dancer, creating passionate and confident performers.

A great decision

"My daughter started dance at 15 months, at first, we did not know if we should enroll her at a young age, but we soon realized after the first few classes that we had made the right and best decision.  The development we have seen in our daughter from her first class to recent has amazed us.. She is so happy when she goes into her class and has gained a lot of confidence in the movements she has learned.  The teachers are kind, patient, and understand how to work with each age group.  Not only is she learning the fundamentals of dance, but she is forming coordination and learning how to focus.
